Chef Dell's Soy, Ginger and Lime Marinade

2 big handfuls fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, sliced
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 limes, juiced
one 12-oz bottle low-sodium Tamari sauce
3 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients into a bowl and use as marinade for beef, chicken, pork and beef ribs, pork tenderloin and fish.
